| (a) | DomainPeople will directly charge Registrants the Retail Price as set by Reseller, plus Goods and Services Tax ("GST") for Registrants who provide Canadian addresses when registering Domains, as stipulated by Reseller in the Order Form. However, Reseller agrees that the Retail Price per Domain will not be less than the PrivateBrand Prices. All GST collected by DomainPeople with the Retail Price from Registrant will be remitted to Reseller for submission to the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. |
| (b) | DomainPeople will owe Reseller an amount ("Payment") equal to the difference between the Retail Price charged to Registrant, and the PrivateBrand Prices. |
| (c) | (c) Payment will not be payable to Reseller until Reseller accumulates at least one hundred dollars (USD$100.00) in Payment. DomainPeople will tender such Payment on a monthly basis thirty (30) days after the Order Forms are submitted by Registrants. Payments owed in an amount of less than one hundred dollars (USD$100.00) will carry over to the next Payment cycle. |
